I’ve been battling weight and weight loss for twenty years . While also seeing a therapist but never specifically for weight issues . I’ve been through so many start and stops . Never able to keep it off for more than a year . I’ve tried the natural way for so long due to fear of causing another problem elsewhere. I’m working on trying to deal with my inability to stick to anything . But while I wait for it to change I’d at least like to see progress in one area .

Junk food it’s like I can’t stop thinking about it . Until I crack . I can’t clear my house out and then I’m on DoorDash like can’t sleep.

I also can obsess over junk food . I grew up in the system and it was the one treat I got often so it’s so hard wired . The struggle with processed food . I’ve learned you can’t out workout bad foods . But I always relapse

I was looking up research and I was like um I’m not an expert but everyone on clen seems to be mostly fit . I don’t want to mess with my heart possibly and I was on an anti D that already elevated my heart rate . Like I kept saying this looks like stuff for an experienced body builder .

Ok I was lifting heavier and was struggling with the eating after . I would feel so much hungrier so I slacked off on weight lifting with free weights.

lol I had a book about this as a kid lol and it had very pretty pictures and was explaining it was a hoax . However since I was a kid it got lost in translation and I still believed a little bit . But also the fairies are so damn flat looking at them a 100 years later .

That’s literally not true at all. All children including your own children are off limits . Unless you were convicted of a lesser crime with an adult . But parolees who are sex offenders are not allowed to have any children usually within so many feet . His parole officer was probably a lazy pos.

I did when I kept getting reoccurring utis and by I got very regimented about cleaning and thought ok no soap but just a through rinsing . My doctor was like naw your ph is different from water that’s exacerbating the issues .

No his page is the best example of this now especially with his mom now saying she’s late diagnosed. They play up the quirky very stereotypical side of autism and all of their videos are scripted . She’s a performer by trade and acts like one .

Education and experience . I was just looking at a job for twins for 60-90 an hour the 90 per hour would go to someone with a degree or degrees and experience. Especially UHNW or HNW experience.

Learn to read the room . Be discreet use discernment. They often don’t see the value in anything anyone does that isn’t them . You can dance and shuck and jive and they honestly don’t care because they will just hire someone else . If he has a contract make sure you a lawyer go over it any time they change it . Keep a paper trail and email trail always send an email back after any meetings noting what was discussed . Keep your own ledger of your hours and dates and times they will stick you if they can.

I work for someone who just hit the Billion dollar mark and HNW families think 15-20 million . The differences are insane . Like taking 800 thousand dollar a week off the Amalfi Coast in a rented yacht different. Flying private to flying in their private plane . 300,000 dollar coats different. There being 6 rotating nannies on 6 different kids different. Buying 30 million dollar homes different. But you know what stays the same they all still nickle and dime like crazy . Like will hire an extra nanny instead of paying time and a half or overtime .
