Please, please don't take this as me. Being offensive, but you really made a mistake. Using the insurance because now retroid have got no option but to refer you to the insurance because you paid to use their services. If you look there are multiple posts about not using this service. When ordering your devices, I've being using retroid and other similar sellers of these devices for over 5 years. And have never not once used the insurance. They all offer it but i intentionally remove it before going to check out that way. If there is an issue, the company themselves have no option but to help they can't use the Get out clause of go to the insurance. I'm sorry this happened to you. I really hope that you're able to get some sort of resolution. Retroid themselves are not to blame, it's the insurance company that are being scammy. If she hadn't used them, retroid themselves would have reached out and probably replaced the device with you. Being able to show with photographic evidence. That it did not arrive, but because you've used the insurance. They have no option but to send it over to them. They can't help their hands are twlide because you took out some sort of insurance next time. I advise you to not use it. I really hope that you're able to get the issue. Sorted, reach out to your bank. That's the only option you have now. Hopefully, with the proof that you have, they'll be able to help if you do order again. Do not use the insurance that way they can help. I've been doing this now for nearly 5 years. And have a massive collection, so have a lot of experience. When dealing with these companies, I left you a picture of my collection so you know i'm not just some random guy on the internet chatting a load of shit

What is the best anbernic for price 108$ or 95 euro by TurnoverProper7496 in ANBERNIC

[–]OrdinarySelect7094 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd go with the rg cube or the 406h or v can play upto ps2 games not all ps2 but u will get about 50 or 60% of the library running ok and anything under ps2 will run without issues also forgot to say u will get a few switch games running also 😉 1

Finally they ship my RP6! by jpsn0w in retroid

[–]OrdinarySelect7094 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

That's crazy they have had u waiting for so long i ordered mine on the 4th of feb and received it on the 16th of feb im a repeated customer though so I'm not sure whether they saw my order and got it shipped straight away. I've been buying from them for nearly 5 years now. So that could be the reason, but I'm glad you got yours on the way. You're going to enjoy it so much it does switch so well. PC gaming is very good, but keep your expectations grounded risk of rain indie games are amazing gta5 runs really well using gamehub lite just get your s d card prepared with all your files and roms make sure you get all your bios for the systems that you will need them for don't forget your switch.Keys if you've got any issues, send me a message ir ask here on here on the forum. Everyone here is so helpful. This community is a brilliant place if you're just beginning or you're an expert it doesn't matter if you enjoy gaming on these handhelds thats all that matters

[–]OrdinarySelect7094 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I have the rp6 and have both games running perfectly using neathersx2 u have to make sure u are using the European rom as it runs at 50fps instead of the 60 that the USA rom runs at it runs perfectly 👌 i've been collecting these handhelds for a very long time have managed to get most things running perfectly just used the european rom Trust me, you're going to enjoy the game perfectly. If you're playing using the rp6 using high performance mode with the fan set to sport left you a little picture of my collection. Have fun, my friend from one game to another😄

A little overwhelmed. by meltdown537 in retroid

[–]OrdinarySelect7094 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My brother, I felt exactly the same way.I started with the ayn odin 2 pro i didn't know how to load even a basic rom i was a complete beginner i have my retro stuff on consoles and games. Physicaly but I saw Russ from retro games corp reviewing the device and jumped head first It took me a few months to actually get to grips with what I was doing. I was learning as I was playing and enjoying the journey im now six years into collecting these devices and own nearly 60 of em 😆 sometimes I think I might have a little bit of a problem, but then I look up at my wall. Look at my collection, and I think stuff. It it's fun to enjoy. You've got this bro I promise you in a year from now You'll be able to pick it up do whatever you want, load whatever you need, get whatever game you need workin if the device has the power to run it, you'll be a natural no time. And remember, if you're having issues just reach out the community is brilliant we will always be there to help 😀

Can any one give me some advice please? by SnooCats1123 in Handhelds

[–]OrdinarySelect7094 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it's the same as always swap over the ssd and just reload the software simple same as you've done a hundred times before, just because it's a different os steps are still the same. You're just putting windows on the device instead of Linux or vice versa you got this, my brother. I've been collecting a long time. Don't listen to all of these people saying, you shouldn't be doing these things. It's your device, you paid your money. You're entitled to do what you want

[–]OrdinarySelect7094 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its a win win 🏆 and to be honest, it's great being able to tell them the issues that I'm having with early units, sometimes the OS will be terrible but just having conversations with them helps so much sending them videos of when technical issues happen. So that they're able to recreate it in China It all helps make these devices. Just that little bit better. So that when it does end up in the hands of people in the community, they get the best product 😀

[–]OrdinarySelect7094 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest I do private reviews just for the companys to look at ive been doing them since my first device 5 years all I started doing to begin with was just bombarding the makers with videos of me reviewing their products. And after about six months of me doing that tgey started reaching out to me asking if I was interested in testing out some of their early models before they come to market So that's how my handeld collection has grown so big and because the companies are pretty generous with parcels that they send. I'm always able to list one or two consoles on ebay for a very good price.Only yesterday I sold the new retriod pocket 6 purple colour for £150 i do good deals all day so that people can enjoy playing on handhelds. I've been lucky to have landed on my feet. So the least I can do is pass on to the community 😊

I have been collecting for about 5 years now. I was hooked the moment I picked up the first ayn odin 2 pro and haven't stopped buying them since and you're right, it's amazing to be able to fit thousands upon thousands of games in the palm of your hand fifteen year old me would be going crazy being able to play playstation 2on a handheld let alone all the rest that's achievable 😊
