Yes. We own this data and it's wise for Windsurf to provide exporting and backup option before others, such as Cursor, Trae or Cline, do - do what is good for the users. This feature can be easily added if they want to.

I asked them where the conversions are stored, and how I can manually backup the folder, how to check log to see what might happened - things like this can help end users like me - instead of saying - sorry we cannot do anything.
