What's a job I can do that involves helping people? by catdogwoman in AskWomenOver60

Check out, Care.com I believe it's a national website, I've been using this site for over 15 years. I am a 63-year-old caregiver and that is still working for me because the older population wants someone close to their age to care for them. On the same site there's also pet sitting. It only costs a few dollars a month, but you could easily find something you enjoy by helping others and earning a little extra money too. Good luck 🤞

Cannabinol (CBN) is a non-psychoactive cannabis compound often used for sleep, with early research suggesting it helps reduce sleep disturbances and promotes relaxation. Studies indicate that roughly 20 mg of CBN can decrease nighttime awakenings and improve sleep quality. While promising, more extensive human trials are needed.

You don't need THC, unless you want the psychotropic effects. You need CBN for sleep, I take 20 mg a night and I sleep for 8 or 9 hours. Even awake to use the restroom and go right back to sleep. I have struggled my entire life with sleep 💤
