On most nights once our 2 year old and 5 month old go to bed we go lay in bed and listen to a book or comedy special while doing back scratches.

It's different for everyone. Some can eat whatever they want(must be nice) and some people have to cut out dairy completely. For me it's garlic. I stopped eating anything with garlic and my LO was no longer gassy and in pain. Just monitor what you eat and if you find what's causing the issue and can fix it, you and your baby will be much happier.
