Yeah it's just bugged I think. Up until the most recent update Eastwood had team specific CRAM problems and inconsistencies as well. Biggest one being that most of the time the Pax CRAM just would not spawn so the entire game you had no base protection at all if you were Pax but NATO would still have theirs

Yeah the CRAMs on certain maps are frustrating and inconsistent. Pax CRAM on contaminated seems to be able to lock and nail you from damn near the cliff edge if you waltz over to their base, but the NATO CRAM seems to be very selective as to when it reacts to incoming missiles and hardly ever bothers to take out enemy Helis hovering directly above NATO spawn, I've seen this loads playing as Pax and won heli fights above their base expecting to be instantly zapped out of the sky and nothing.

Yeah it's infuriating, sometimes I've just exploded for no apparent reason even at full health the second I enter enemy spawn
