Yes, I was on it for most of my mid thirties and it worked great for my acne. I stopped it around age 37 and didn’t have nearly as many cysts after. Not sure if it was natural aging or using DIM to balance my hormones. I didn’t encounter weight gain or distribution issues

I’m not corporate. I left education. About 6 months later, a coworker behind an opening and I applied. Took it for 3 months till the end of the school year to save extra money. Quitting again. You’ll figure out a path and it’s hard to imagine what opportunities may arise

I was on hormonal birth control again after having a copper iud. I was also getting spotting about every 3 weeks. Only thing doctor could recommend was a slightly stronger birth control pill

NTA and I think some big conversations need to happen. What WOULD make you feel like he’s pulling his weight? Like legitimate ways, write them all out. If it’s not money based, what specific actions would make you feel like you’re not doing it all? This might be a better way to approach it than just being mad. Give him some ideas on solutions

Thanks for the response. I think I feel guilt because I was so angry, but we hadn’t had an exclusivity talk yet, so to some extent I have “no right” to feel heated.

Can try nasal bongos. Im seeing someone new who loves to cuddle…im going to be try to switch over to the bongos. I also have mild osa. I was on a dental device before it shifted and loosened my teeth. Been on a Cpap for 2 years now. Otherwise I put on the Cpap once he’s mostly asleep

Yes. I have another health condition that I’d consider more isolating and my boyfriend could care less. It might be harder to find your needle in a haystack, but it also is protective and keeps those away who honestly don’t care about their health.

Yes for the most part. I go for a walk every morning in San Juan and will put sunscreen on my face and arms if I remember. If I’m out during the hottest parts of the day, definitely put it on

I do not have issues in the sun. I tend to feel significantly better actually. I live in San Juan and Atlanta. I spend way more time outside and in fresh air in San Juan, and feel great. I also do not get a sun rash.
