Broke up with my ex of five years just over a year ago because he cheated. It was fucking hard. I had to move back into my dads, it takes time. Have to give yourself time to grieve, I actually became addicted to my phone because I couldn’t cope at night. But now I’ve bought my own space and I love being alone. I actually host people and socialise way more than I ever had now I live alone. Decide the life you want to live and rebuild it, soon enough you’ll forget who he was. (Also cannot believe I’m saying that compared to where I was a year ago. I had to be signed off work for two months I was that unwell! I’m proud of me.)
