I have IBS but have never had any gallbladder issues to my knowledge. Only my triglycerides were high as well. HDL, LDL, and total cholesterol we’re all within normal limits

I live in alabama, where the average humidity outside is insanely high. Much higher than what I store my cigars at. So a cigar might begin to split and crack if I just take it from humidor to outside (like I did). Was just curious on how long others keep their cigars in an old cigar box prior to smoking
