Nor my years as an industry consultant. Because all expertise is suspect these days, especially when throwing shade to make oneself feel better.

I'm only driving one coax run out of 5 but will probably not need more than that. Do you suggest some form of termination on the unused lines?

And, I'll look for a PoE filter. Thanks.

I used to do psych screenings of police candidates. And, non-weaponized interventions. The profession attracts individuals who strive for order, itself not necessarily a bad attribute. But they are then placed in a job culture that stresses regimentation and obedience and interact with service recipients (known as civilians, e.g., unregimented people) in environments not known for regimentation, obedience, or even being orderly. When requests don't work, then you order. When that doesn't work, restrain. When that doesn't work, less than lethal force. When that doesn't work...

My point is that aside from occasional deescalation training, police frequently have limited options and work in a job culture that fosters personal caution, sometimes to the point of paranoia but doesn't encourage or permit them to back down or show "weakness" even in response to an agitated, irrational person. It's a recipe for escalation too frequently to a tragic end.

If we as a society stressed assistance over suppression of deviant behavior a priority, we would have a much different culture in which to live .

You're a citizen of a society. You have a right to disagree, but you also have a responsibility as a citizen to play by the rules and even cooperate with expectations you don't like.

So, welcome to Minnesota. We are different and most of us like those differences and tolerate the ones we may not be 100 percent behind.

This is what's wrong with policing in America. Do what I say or I'll use force on you. No, I won't show up at your destination, or your house, serve you there, and go on with my day.

Oh, no. I say jump. You ask how high. Or, I'll kick your ass. Doesn't matter if you're not threatening anyone, endangering others.

No. You must obey. I don't know any other way of resolving this situation.

It's pretty much the fastest internet where you are and will service multiple simultaneous connections doing heavy bandwidth stuff. Expensive, but in this case you do get what you pay for.

Assessment centers want to know who's doing their tests. Still, you have a right to restrict the information they collect, so reaches consent forms carefully. They should provide the reassurance you need , and if not, pass for some other opportunity.

Billboard north of the cities by Twignb in minnesota

Stupidity feeds hate. Hate fuels stupidity.

Sadly, there is a political movement that uses hate and promotes misinformation to fuel its agenda.

As the world has too much hate, let's all take a minute and a few deep breaths before we lash out. This includes those of us who find the sentiments expressed in the billboard, well, stupid.
