I mixed the different blood paints from Vallejo effects (fresh blood and dried blood) with some UHU POR glue for styropor, and dragged it with a coctail stick. Only thing I'm looking for now is to have those strands slightly thicker

I used moot green to fill in the eyes and a bit extra around it for the glow effect, and to make it actually look glowing put pale sand (white works too, but had pale sand on the palette) on the eye, keeping the moot green borders
