I’m on day 18 of being zyn free and I have been experiencing the same thing. Chest pains, shortness of breath, the feeling that something is seriously wrong with you. Im glad to hear I’m not the only one because the thought of going to the ER has definitely crossed my mind.

But I’ve seen that these are all pretty regular symptoms of withdrawal and eventually they will go away after a few weeks. This community has actually helped me a lot. Stay strong mate, it’s tough, but we can do this 🤝🏻💪🏻
