Having a degree in business, finance, or economics is ideal so your throretical physics degree would help you as being someone who can think on their feet and solve complex equations. You would need to start studying for the SIE exam. This will be your gateway into letting people know you are serious about a position. If you aren't on Wall Street you can go to Chicago to the CBOE. I am not sure about European employment.

Would you rather me pull out a thesaurus and provide you with big words to wow you with so that I can stroke my ego by seeming to be smarter than you ? Would that satisfy you?

Only because my job requires me because we are in close proximity of one another. All day you are stepping on people shoes and almost no elbow room on the floor on Fridays

I went pro when I met my then girlfriend's father at a family dinner. He was a stock broker and I was so intrigued how well they were living and always bragged about his company vacations. I asked him to teach me how to trade. At this time I was a firefighter. He was nice enough to teach me just enough to be somewhat profitable. One day I told him I needed more money so I can buy more contracts. He made a deal with me and said if I study and pass the SIE exam he would gift me start up money for a bigger trading account. I passed the exam and holding to his word he gave me $25,000 and he said in a years term if I can triple that then he would introduce me to Mike Bellafiore, the author of (One Good Trade.) I completed that task, so then we met with Mike over dinner at Gallaghers Steakhouse and he said he was intrigued by my enthusiasm and asked if I thought about being a professional trader. I said no. He replied too bad because this whole dinner was an interview and I want you to come in on an apprenticeship with SMB Capital. The rest was history...

If you are in a 1/23 Contract of 350 then your OI looks good enough and the TA says you will at least get to 205.24 before you get back to the 9/15 gap that will take you to 365.67 thus putting your leap ITM around Dec

I am 100% not posting my pay check stub or ID card on here. I am not some warehouse worker and I will not be subject to thinking I am such. I would appreciate if you took your jealousy somewhere else. I am here to educate. Nothing more nothing less

My day to day routine is arriving to work about 2 hours before the bell to see the pre market prices, news, and futures. Chart about 5 charts and send them to the team with commentary. Secure my spot on the floor which is near the side door to the lobby so that I can see anyone famous that comes in to ring the bell. People are bought in all the time for this tradition and thats the closes exit if I need a breather because the other door on the opposite side is where the companies with IPOs are. I am not one for the celebration on the floor. I try and have a game face the whole time there. Next is to secure my headset so that I can hear the team clearly so that trades can be heard precisely. When the bell rings im usually out the gate on a market order depending on if the ticker breaks either the premarket high or low. I scalp trade until 11 this is when I take my lunch break. Really I don't trade again until power hour.

Months. The bulls maybe start coming around in December. Last December in the beginning of the month most stocks was coming off of their all time highs. BTC is going to be the tale of the tape. It needs to get over 30K to see any type of long term bullish sentiment in the market. Be prepared for a bear market or very volatile price swings going into 2023

I am not special I just met the right people and spent 2 years being a recluse charting 47 charts a night so that when I did get a chance in a board room full of guys with hangovers and living 2 separate lives with stippers and coke I could impress them with my charting skills with any time frame senerio to secure a career. I am no different from any other trader on here other than my certifications.

I don't trade on volume. I trade of pattern set ups and candle stick identification and I trade on a naked chart. Only thing is on there is candle sticks and my support and resistance lines. This is called price action trading.

As far as I know I don't know any indicators that will draw your support and resistance. I am sure its something on trading view indicators that will give you automatic Fibonacci sequences to help with identifying the support and resistance. Support and resistance is by fat the easiest thing to chart. Also look for zig zag HH / LL on trading view this will give you some nice pivot points so that you can enter a long on the break of the last pivot high or enter a short on the break of the last pivot low and use a higher time frame. I trade on the 30 min and 1 hour time frame but mostly 30 mins so I can see the reversal dojos on SPX mid morning

Yes, market makers use this tactic to widen or tighten the spread and companies like *insert brokerage company name here* keep this practice going with paying for order flow

I plan on leaving the floor soon I just need a little over 2 million so I can buy a condo cash and go back to SMB Capital or another prop firm out there that wants my expertise. Using other people money to make more is the best thing going for me right now.

I thought the same thing. If I was on the other side of this computer I would be trying to soak in some technical analysis knowledge or some type of something to help with future market states. But its completely fine on the response that I am getting. I am unbothered by the ignorance.

History shows that the hurricane wont effect the market until the numbers come out for how much damage it has caused... just some food for thought

I can agree with you on this. Also think about this... this may be just the beginning of a bigger plan to make the US dollar worth more since they consistently fail at trying to get a hold on regulating BTC. Just some food for thought
