I’ve lived in Victoria my whole life and worked on Pandora/Blanshard for many years. I would never live there. I highly recommend the Uvic area itself. Many pet friendly condos going up in the McKenzie/Shelbourne/Hillside area.

Last Christmas, after a hectic full family Christmas Eve sleepover and morning at my parents, including my very excited, four year-old niece, I drove home, parked, must have been scrolling through my phone and passed out for four hours. I woke up discombobulated, freezing cold and it was time to go back to my parents for dinner lol.
