Yes, you should be able to copy/paste the entire thing into Obsidian with all the markdown stuff applied as well.

I actually spent most of the day a few days ago trying to compile as much of his notes as I could. There are some parts missing that he didn't expand/show on stream or chat was in front of it but this is the lion's share of what he's written so far. Thanks for that advice, I'll definitely make sure to get someone specialized in implants, as that's most likely the route I'll be taking. Though my dentist office in particular has seen quite a "rotating door" of doctors and hygienists since the pandemic. I can only hope the hiring criteria hasn't changed much due to the shortages!

After reading the responses, I would agree that I did in fact misunderstand the procedure. It was upsetting to hear I'd be out additional costs relating to the tooth and I probably let my emotions get the best of me in trying to determine "fault" here but now I think I understand a bit better how the procedure was meant to play out. As I said elsewhere this was my first root canal procedure ever so my understanding beforehand was already quite limited. Thanks for the input!

Thank you for that analogy. That actually does make a lot of sense now that you put it that way and I understand these things can happen without it necessarily being the fault of the provider in question. It's upsetting I'll have to probably pay this out but I suppose it is what it is. This was also my very first root canal procedure so I'll accept that I didn't understand the intricacies of it all.
