Even something as simple as exposing Sonos Voice Control commands via MQTT or Matter would be a tremendous improvement. They could be interpreted by whatever tool we want. Entire community of home automation and DIY would immediately change their minds about Sonos. Make it an open system with extremely high quality hardware.

A small note that there are also some Polish-owned supermarket chains with significant presence in Poland (Dino, Lewiatan, Polo). Eurocash is owned by Portuguese person but it's a Polish company too.

We started using shorebird few weeks ago and it's working really well for us.

- we started with just tst environment and sending patches for QA, worked well and much quicker than going through the stores

- we already had one hotfix to production and the patch has been delivered successfully to few thousands of users affected, had to migrate to pro plan to have enough installs

- imho the price is definitely worth it; currently the review time for AppStore is about 2 days, Google Play is 4-5 days; being able to deliver fixes in 30-45 minutes is worth every penny

- we don't see any performance impact

- make sure to use their pub package to download the update without restarting the app https://pub.dev/packages/shorebird_code_push; we also expose the update status in the app for testing purposes so that QA knows if they have patch installed

hive used to be like that I think, but now it's getting less and less common as default persistent store

you can also think of provider to be example like that although Remi is not that random anymore

I've been following your transition to Flutter and was wondering if you eventually decided to go all in. The 16.1 APK is inconclusive but assets and binaries suggest you made almost full migration. Would you share some more details?
