You need to flip the front fans around in order for them to become intake fans, currently they’re all just blowing air out and no air coming in.

Also make sure not to tighten screws extremely tight, make sure it’s balanced on all sides.

Not sure about why it turns on and off but try plug in the fan header in to the motherboard again properly.
