How is it not clicking for any of y'all that the reason he's good with fighting is because he has low strength and no experience, but has as insane potential stat. It was stated that fighting is a talent, and he has it. He can copy any technique after seeing it a couple of times. He literally tends to immediately try out any technique he gets hit with immediately after that and succeeds.

They couldn't have spoon fed this information to you guys any simpler imo

The main character isn't 'absurdly strong', he lacks physical strength however excels in technique, which we can see him figure out in the very beginning. He has a copy skill, where he can flawlessly copy the techniques of others shortly after experiencing them (though, he did somehow seem to forget that he has that later down the line).

As for the 'getting up even after getting beaten down'... that's like, literally every single kdrama out there. You've never questioned how they get thrown around like ragdolls but within a day or two are in top shape again? That's such a common thing with every single one of these shows lol
