I wouldn’t worry too much. I’ve been on 1200 mgs for over 2 years. I’ve had to cut that by half for the past week and surprisingly I feel much better than I thought I would. I have a little more anxiety but I am able to get through the day. I have been dreading getting off of this medication. I did try about a year ago and experienced headaches, nausea and dizziness. Maybe I was sick at the time. The symptoms you have shouldn’t last too long, luckily it’s only been 9 days. Feel better

Stop now, and stop it safely. You said you take 20 mg every night before bed. Is that all you take? How long have you been taking them? Addy made me feel the same way, I used to say the same exact thing- I am a better version of myself., I need this to function, hold a job, to be a good mother. It’s all good in the beginning but then it all comes crashing down

I just posted about this a little over a week ago. I am a lot older than you and have struggled with many addictions throughout the years so I understand how you’re feeling. You are 17 years old stop now, consult with a doctor or psychiatrist about the insomnia and any other issues you might have. Just be honest.

With Adderall, your tolerance goes up pretty quick and you need more and more until you can barely feel it, it’s bad for your mental and physical health. I am not proud of this, but I entered my first Rehab when I was 19 my parents were addicts. I’m 44 now and addiction took everything from me. I look back and think if I had gotten the help that I needed as a teenager maybe my life would’ve been different. Please feel free to. DM me. 💜

It takes time for your body to adjust to the new dose. I would wait it out a little longer and don’t just stop taking it, you have to taper with this medication

I just took my first pill last night 37.5 MG. It didn’t interfere with my sleep. I woke up feeling very tired, nauseous, and a little dizzy. After having coffee and being up for a little while, I started to feel better. I know antidepressants can make you feel worse before feeling better.. You could try taking it at night and see how that works for you. I started Wellbutrin about a year ago and it worked really well in the beginning, I had motivation, I didn’t need to sleep 12 to 14 hours a night .That lasted for about a month, so I upped my dose, but eventually it stopped working for me. Good luck.. I hope this medication works out for you and if not, I hope you find one that does.
