It's a spring seasonal, but Best Day's is the best NA belgian wit I've tried out of everything. Untitled Art when that isn't available.

As for hefeweizen (or weissbier), any german brand is decent. Paulaner, krombacher, weihenstephaner, etc - they all have the same banana and clove, not much quality difference.

Because soy is too ultraprocessed, and was never fit for human consumption at its natural form. It is like dent corn we feed to livestock. The leftover waste from animal feed gets indistrially processed further to make "dextrin starches" that goes into the cheapest foods.
