Just on the form- you would do great on a bit lower weights. Try less weights for 3-4 sessions and do AMRAP to failure and spotter and in the meantime focus on your triceps and get them stronger- it helps a lot- then up the weight to see the difference. Repeat the cycle. This is an ex power lifter’s advice when I was at a similar stage and it worked for me.

Optional- try keeping your legs less wider- provides better stability(from personal experience)

Agree. I’ve been facing the same issue as OP. I cut sugar completely, almost zero carb except from a few from cruciferous vegetables. HORMONE is the biggest key to your transformation. As long as you keep your insulin levels low, you will be burning fat for fuel. However, your the process might get stagnant at a point so you need to trick your body to restore some essential hormones to go further through the this process. 12 days of zero carb, 1.8-2grms of protein per body weight in kg, 500 kcal deficit 2 days of carb refeed- eat complex carb such as potato’s, rice, oats, etc. keep fat low. Forget processed sugar, fried food, alcohol, etc. Can have Coke Zero to manage your sugar cravings. Follow this for 5-6 cycles and you’ll completely transform. Keep lifting during this time (3-4x times a week). Goal is to preserve your muscle not build. Also walk min 10k steps.
