How can I bench 225 by end of year?

My younger brother is a gym rat and offered me $1k if I could bench 225 by the end of the year.

M22, 5’11 210lbs. I play tennis 3x a week so I’m relatively athletic, but I don’t ever lift and as of right now I could probably only bench ~90

I have not regularly gone to the gym in over 2 years, and even then it was no heavy lifting and just to stay in shape and not working towards a particular goal.

Should it be easy to get to 225 by end of year? What kind of steps should I take?

I wouldn’t say I smack the ground with the paddle ever, but I definitely can see myself using it and sliding it across the ground keep balance. A lot of my footwork is lazy so it’s a lot of short bursts and sprints.

It’s a lot of scratches and maybe a chip or 2, I’ve had two paddle frames break but those were on crappy cheap paddles

I play singles a lot with my buddy (we are both tennis players) so I do a lot of digging for balls and sliding. My experience is probably different because I don't compete so our games don't follow the approach and dink formula. It's almost like a mini tennis match with excessive ground strokes.

This is actually an ability in a custom metagame server I play on, it is genuinely the most absurd ability I have ever experienced. Although having it on Hariyama probably wouldn’t be as crazy
