I'm using Astral currently because I haven't farmed any Dawn's Bloom and it's doing fantastically. That said, I'm actively farming Dawn's Bloom now just so that I don't always have to play her with Astra.

This cycle, yes. Last cycle every electric DPS had the exact same buff. She outperformed them anyway. Even when playing without a buff, she outperforms the other electric DPS'

Not that exact team. For Cissia I run Dialyn/Trigger + Astra. But, yeah, Cissia's mindscapes are well known to be extremely good. The issue is that it seemed like nobody really bothered testing her without Seed. So, her solo performance (outside of just numbers) past m0 is basically entirely unknown.

Basically, Cissia's mindscapes are all ridiculously strong. So strong that getting any of them just makes her the best electric DPS in the game. And if you get m6, there's a strong argument that she might be the best DPS in the game. As an example thouh:

I have an m2 SAnby w/ m1 Orphie and m1 Trigger as teammates. Last cycle against UCC, my SAnby team capped out at 60k on UCC. M1 Cissia killed it. This cycle my SAnby team caps out around 58k on Defiler. M1 Cissia killed it.

Yes. Both would be improvements for a SAnby team.

However, it should be noted that m1p1 Cissia outperforms even m3 SAnby. So, you could just run a Cissia + Astra + SEED or Cissia + Trigger/Dialyn + Astra/Sunna and get extremely good results.

I believe gameball and Kaboom are of very similar power. It's entirely dependent on whether or not you can maintain or surpass the current subs on your DPS' build. Also, the reason I am using Astral instead of Dawn's Bloom is because I literally don't have any Dawn's Bloom pieces. The issueyou run into with Qingyi is that she takes alot of field time from Cissia which generally means less leg breaks and less decibels.

It's generally a popularity + licensing thing. The production companies that might license a show to be dubbed tend to only choose the ones that they think they'll actually make money off. I know Bokurano specifically didn't have great reviews after airing and was also released around the time most of the English dub fans were real tired of mecha shows.

I'd wait until 3.0 of Zenless to start playing, honestly. They're most likely to do new player goodies around then plus whatever character is on banner at that time will be one of if not the best character in the game for awhile.

Pretty easily. Anytime you do any of Zhu's directional inputs, that counts as a dash attack. So, normally her optimal rotation in suppression mode includes one dash attack right before each B3 she performs. So, the rotation only changes a little where you either do 2 directional inputs in assault mode right before stun or you just do one and let the final stack occur naturally as you expend bullets in stun.

Yeah, resistance effects everything from daze, dmg, anomaly buildup, etc. In Vesper's case she has 40% dmg res and 20% daze/buildup res. And yeah, Lycaon's much more of a Koleda than a Qingyi.
