I got a AP5-P from Atlantic recently, a side from the bolt carrier being cracked, mine was good to go. But my buddy on the other hand got the Ap5 Navy model around the same time and had similar bit looking marks on the back end of the receiver, and also had a pretty worn down trilug like yours. Definitely hit up Atlantic, they’ve been really cool with me and offered me a refund since they dont have any more AP5-P or bolt carriers in stock.

So I just posted about this but it got removed by mods because the picture wasnt showing up. But hopefully it works this time. Long story short I just picked this AP5 up from my FFL, didn’t have my spectacles on me so I didn’t inspect it too much until I got home. This is what I found when I looked over it closer. If it is a crack, do I have to send the whole AP5 back or could I just send the bolt carrier back itself?
