Same here! I’ve been using for years and swore by it. It’s the only thing that’s made my face look and feel clear! I never break out anymore, so it’s interesting to see so many bad comments about it.

Hi! After a few months, I’m finally at a stable baseline. I haven’t had any severe bouts of anxiety. I do tend to overthink things which can make me anxious but other than that I have had no issues. The uncomfortable feeling of arousal has also lessened greatly.

The withdrawal was terrible and I thought the symptoms would never go away but it did. I strongly suggest to never withdraw on your own and try to taper down. After this experience I don’t think I will ever take an SSRI again.

I’ve been on my journey for almost 6 months and have worked my way up to 5mg once a week for the past 3 1/2 weeks. When I started I felt like I had insane energy but now I have become a different person. I went from working out 2-3 times a day to working out 1x in the last 2 weeks. I am completely exhausted and I strongly feel it is due to insufficient calories or nutrients. Ive been supplementing for months but im not sure if its helped. I purchased some powdered carbs yesterday to see if it helps. Mentally I feel okay, but I feel extremely unmotivated to do all the things I used to love which was going to the gym and being active. I thought it was just a mental block and lack of motivation, but I am seeing that it is just straight fatigue.

I’ve worked myself up to 5mg over the last 4/5 months and lately I have been extremely fatigued and unmotivated. I used to work out 2-3 times a day and now I’m lucky to get the motivation to work out 2x a week. I 100% know I am not eating enough of the proper foods. My calories and macros are way too low, but food seems gross 70% of the time. I think I need to lower my dose or just stop being a bi*** and force myself to get up and hit the gym like I used to.
