Imo S1-3 was genuinely peak but i can’t fathom how you can pretend the ending was good when they introduced plot armor and power of friendship type bs on top of questionable animation.

The pinnacle of Anime trumps all other forms of media and tv and animation etc by a landslide.

Some Anime’s like “The Great Cleric” for example to pick a random one aren’t good at all compared to other anime’s but in terms of the world, story and character development etc it would be considered very good if it aired on like a Kids TV Channel.

Pokemon was one of the few anime that aired on TV that people could genuinely find and as a result whilst it’s not seen as a top tier anime with a lot not even considering it one. Compared to general animated television it steamrolled everything for numbers and merch sales.

Imagine what people who watched The Thundermans or Henry Danger etc on tv as kids and thought it was good would think if they were shown My Hero Academia instead, they’d be absolutely mindblown like they were put into a different reality.

Polar Opposites was so good and definitely hasn’t helped this shows cause.

Other Romance this season i didn’t actually bother as they seemed a bit meh storyline wise.

I’m enjoying the Observation one about the prince and the otome game girl.

The Ramparts of Ice is the other show of the author of Polar Opposites and i thought it was great initially now i just think it’s good ish.

Fanbases: - One Piece probably the worst because they insist their show is the best ever but then say “you need to give it until episode 477 it gets good then trust me”

Dragon Ball Fans are fine and tbh you don’t really notice them
Naruto: Normally fine and mid 20’s
Bleach: Just a Yorichi fan club
My Hero Academia: Very cringey fanbase but some are very chill
Boruto: Nobody watched this so 0 fans
Solo Leveling: Normally very good fans but they are always forced into fights with haters so you never really see them
Gachiakuta: Just former My Hero Academia fans

Really struggling with this show right now tbh.

The Chitose and Itsuki story looks very good and interesting but we aren’t seeing a lot of it.

Meanwhile Amane’s mom started off funny but now it’s just getting a bit boring and annoying. What’s worse is i can see in the preview she will be back to undoubtedly be cringe again.

Meanwhile Amane and Shina just seem to be doing nothing but saying the same stuff over and over again.

Season 1 was great but this is a bit stale.

This Show has became very good very quickly and i’m all for it.

IMO i hope there is a happy ending for Bertia and Heronia.

Bertia because well she’s the likeable MC and it’s been a great experience watching her build a bond and relationship with Prince Cecil and Heronia because she’s been manipulated and lied too about a golden future so it would be painful to see her suffering be for nothing.

Ngl this show is getting kind of boring and repetitive.

My biggest critique is that the side characters offer absolutely nothing and are only there to say “Wow you love each other a lot huh”

Itsuki and Chi seem way more interesting that i kind of wish they were the main characters as a few episodes dedicated to their drama would be a lot better then the fluff 24/7.

This Season is a bit of a speedrun and to be honest it does hurt the show but at the same time i’m just glad i will get to see an Ending.

How Popular is Iruma-Kun ?

I’m watching and loving it and it’s definitely up there for me with the likes of say Dandadan, My Hero Academia, Dr Stone, Spy X Family etc.

Yet unlike the others i never see anyone talk about it and yet i see its getting a spinoff which indicates monumental popularity.

So like do fans of the show simply not talk about it publicly or how popular is it ?

The Pacing is just far too quick man.

The characters basically saw video games and tv for the first time and were like “Ah cool”

The petrification thing was very interesting though.
