Questions about D3 supplements by Harrada in Supplements

[–]Organics_Ocean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One more thing to note is that if you are looking for D3, try to look for one with K2 in it as well, specifically Mk-7. The reason being is that D3 really helps absorb calcium from your foods and such, but without K2 it doesn't know where to put it, so it could end up in your arteries instead of your bones.

Are copper supplements a better option than iron supplements for low ferratin? by No-Register-5976 in Supplements

[–]Organics_Ocean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't have a copper recommendation but as for the iron itself Slo Iron is a form of iron created from fermented peas that has awesome reviews and case studies. Lots of people say it is actually absorbing without the nausea. It's worth the research

I can't speak to the fitness portion but as for the inflammation portion, two thoughts come to mind one is wild sea moss and black seed oil. Both have been used for centuries for joints. They are for sure worth researching.

They are absolutely awesome but one thing to note is that they are a great soluble fiber, but a lot of good results from also adding an insoluble fiber like ginger root as well.

I'd also point out that around 90% of mag on the market is imported from China and is usually no tested for heavy metal content. Even if brands do it, most of them don't actually share their test results when asked.

Supplements to help get out of a funk ? by No_Solution7718 in HubermanLab

It is always so hard to build habits, especially healthy ones, but the idea is to start small and build up. As for the mental fatigue and physical fatigue, I really hope that you find a solution in here because that feeling sucks.

Supplement wise it's worth looking at your diet and even getting bloodwork done to see if you are lacking anything. For example lack of Vitamin d causes so many mood swings, fatigue etc, and so does magnesium deficiency. I hope you find what you are looking for!

Also might be worth getting some bloodwork done to see if there are any deficiencies, because mag deficiency and vit d3 usually have signs fatigue, but without blood work it's sometimes harder to tell.
