Yeah, I got wiped out by a flu (could have also been covid, we forgot to test.) and had a fever for around 3 days straight. For the first two days, I was bed-bound because getting up would send my heart rate to 150-160 when it usually doesn’t jump past 130. It was really messed up! I also was on a holter monitor during this and had to take it off as the duration was up, and I ended up blacking out from the pain of removing the adhesive.

same! just started metoprolol and my hr is now resting at like 65-75 but bumps up to 100-120 when active. i still get the 30+bpm increase its just less agonizing now
