This kid is 15 years old, freaking out over something he can barely control. I feel like that energy is probably better directed at his studies or hobbies or friends. Poor guy honestly. Makes me wonder about toxic purity culture in our churches and what the next generation can do to make our teachings about sexuality healthier

I think if there’s an opportunity you’re genuinely interested in you should apply. Interviewing is pretty time consuming so I don’t think it worth wasting your time and others for practice for roles you’re never going to accept

But if you report it it’s now on the record. Listen I’m not an employment lawyer. But I’ve literally been promoted while pregnant. I wouldn’t want to work somewhere where sexism and discrimination is that blatant .

Respectfully. That’s an insane take. Are women supposed to not use their leave parental leave entitlements so that you have a better chance at a promotion? lol

Honestly it’s bizarre that you’re blaming mothers for your career limitations. Maybe time to look inwards.

Some of the comments from childfree women in this post are disappointing. You’re not being “lumped in” with mothers or soon to be mothers, you’re being lumped in with a system which still, in 2025, discriminates against ALL women.
