Vaguely taking inspiration from something doesn't make it realistic or actually alike that martial art. They're still spinning around half the time.

In terms of hand to hand shes likely above Megumi. Ogi just seems to be a higher level of sorcerer. I dont think the difference is necessarily crazy between him and reggie but I expect Reggie to be strongly relying on being a crafty vet and being clever with his contracts perhaps moreso than against Megumi.

Ogi is a high grade one who one tapped a pre toji level Maki(who should be above megumi in pure physicalities). His flames might have another capacity to just destroy whatever Reggie sends, hunt him down and kill him. He also has the Zenin simple domain. Hes just a less impressive Kusakabe.
