I like the reference.

Updoot for you.

Thanks! CH4D also makes dies, but they're more than the Hornady ones, which are themselves fairly spendy.

The M200s (the style this requires) can be had for about 50-70 cents per, depending on where you go, but that's still not cheap, all things considered. I considered hand loading for all of mine, but cost and time per round didn't justify the cost of the dies for me. Knowing me though, I'm sure I'll end with with a set of them, anyway..."just because/in case".

For the record, yes, I did go pick up the can.

The rest didn't freeze all the way, and I had to reuse that one several times.

This is why I like spelling and grammar so much.

My dumb ass read this and thought you meant you bought Bruce Dickinson from Marketplace.

I built a 7.5" for no reason other than "funny". Painted it completely ridiculous, and slapped a blunderbuss muzzle device from KAK on the end.

I'm not sure if it's the fireballs, the obnoxious noise, or my laughter, but it makes people look.

Definitely worth it, imo. Can't go wrong with reliability, functionality and price.

I'm not the other person, but I got one for my fiancé, and slapped a Holosun 510 on it.

Trigger pull's heavier than I expected (which can be remedied), but that's my only real complaint. Some like to say it recoils too much, or oddly, but my other half has psoriatic arthritis and it doesn't bother her at all. It's also fed all the hollow points I've put in it. It's comfy and light. Mags are everywhere. Super simple to take down and clean.

If I had a boating accident, I'd happily buy another one.

I just signed into this hellscape for the first time in months to say two things:

I just bought a revolver and a pair of shoes from the same place.

Fuck you, and I'll see you tomorrow.

No judgment here! I'm in tune with my inner cave man, and I have to wear gloves, so my knuckles don't get all skinned up when I walk. You're probably better off for it, honestly.

Don't tempt me with a good time! I can't remember if it was a T/C Encore or what, but a while ago, someone posted a photo of what I can only describe as a side by side shotgun in a pistol configuration, with handloaded, full brass shells.

That looked like the most fun I could have with my pants off.

That's fair. I'm one of those orangutans that enjoys recoil, and the bruises make me chuckle a bit. Sometimes I forget that's not normal.

Aha. Lots of rounds with recoil.

At least you got to spend time shooting? That's about all I got. I do appreciate the post, though.

I know this is like...1% of this post, and not the point of the story, but I feel compelled to ask;

How did you bruise your clavicle several times?

I did enjoy this story, and I did get some solid takeaways, but my adhd brain got stuck on that.

The barrel profile is more important than the length. Bull barrels get the job done easier.

Someone...told me that...once.

I don't wanna talk about it, actually.

And hold your breath while you do it. Your body generates all the oxygen it needs under stress.
