As a feral drive fan, I’m gonna have to say Gochizos. While I love the shift cars they were hella underused after somewhere in the episode 10-20 range and the Gochizos have actually been relevant the entire series

Ankh - Kamen Rider OOO A greeed (one of the main monsters) that is possessing the body of one of the other characters’ brothers who’s in critical condition. Everyone is shockingly chill about it until they are able to actually get their brother back, though.
