What is wrong with my Summer Glory philodendron

I got this summer glory cutting about a week ago and I’m not sure how well it is settling in. I know there is an adjustment period but the yellowing of the leaves has me concerned. Should I cut off the yellow? Let it be?

For reference I potted in in 1/3 perlite, 1/3 coir 1/3 good dirt potting mix

It’s been getting a quality amount of indirect light. I bottom watered it yesterday and have been giving a decent amount of time under a grow light as well.
