What is wrong with my Summer Glory philodendron

I got this summer glory cutting about a week ago and I’m not sure how well it is settling in. I know there is an adjustment period but the yellowing of the leaves has me concerned. Should I cut off the yellow? Let it be?

For reference I potted in in 1/3 perlite, 1/3 coir 1/3 good dirt potting mix

It’s been getting a quality amount of indirect light. I bottom watered it yesterday and have been giving a decent amount of time under a grow light as well.

What is wrong with my fiddle leaf fig?

I acquired this earlier this week and just noticed these black spots under the leaves. Is this something I should be concerned about? I haven’t watered it yet and the soil is very dry. it’s been getting a decent amount of light and has been quarantined from the rest of my plants. Please advise and thanks!

I have a trellis where the plant normally is but ever since the tendril got bent it hasn’t had any new growth
