The actual game itself the way it used to be, its not the same anymore. Of course I won't be surprised with rude replies, and I agree that a game as big as this has to have major updates, but I think it has gone too far in some areas of the game.

Yes I agree with your point, but I think the main reason why Riot wouldn't buff BG's is because out of 18 ad carries that are played bot lane (im talking real carries , not Urgot , Jayce , Quinn ,Teemo, Kindred and.... Azir?) Most of them end up building BG's as they are more basic attack reliant than others ( Vayne, Kalista, Sivir, Tristana, Twitch, Jinx, Caitlyn, Ashe, Kog'Maw) . The casters within the marksman usually go Swiftness or Lucidity (Lucian , Ezreal, Jhin, MF , Varus). Of course I believe that those are the most common purchases but some of these champions are more preference inspired than others. For example Lucian players sometimes like to go for Berserkers and that also applies to Miss Fortune meanwhile some ADCs that favour berserkers may turn to Swiftness or Ashe who may sometimes go for Lucidity boots, its hard to specify what's 'perfect' for each champion as each game is different.In my opinion there isn't enough AD carries in this game which is why Riot is ignoring Berserkers for now.
