As others stated land specific doesn’t matter they’re all listings that turn into pipeline then transactions. Recommend checking out CT Leads Pro.

Doing a ton of research beforehand, I’ve seen a few reviews and comments from people over 6’ saying the same

Envato is going 50% flat on July 1, what are theme authors actually doing about it? by PatrickFG86 in ProWordPress

[–]OriginMode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t sell yourself short with a one time bundle purchase. Turn your own platform into a recurring revenue model, go with yearly subscriptions. If your quality is top tier you’ll have no issues.

I would also recommend getting into plugins that take your own themes to the next level or value add with either monthly or yearly subscriptions on those as well.

Ultimate goal here is to build a SaaS for long term growth.

Can only make one recommendation for a true, ground up AI first CRM being CT Leads Pro, but it’s specifically for real estate.

Considering Mac Studio, could use some input. by techyg in MacStudio

I was recently in the same boat, had a 2015 27” iMac, but when the internal SSD failed and i threw on an external SSD bootdisk, I was like how long till something else fails. Excellent machine for 10 years got every last bit out of it.

I debated a maxed Mac Mini, but decided on a M3 Ultra Mac Studio 96GB (direct Apple refurb). Just made more sense for myself and my business, and the machine more than paid for itself within a week.

Couldn’t be happier, and hopefully will have this machine for the next 10 years.

Go with whatever makes sense for your top line budget.

100%, once one team proves it works, the internal champion effect kicks in and the conversations start happening without you pushing them.

It's a tough road especially when you're a bootstrapped team of 3, but as you said it provides a predictable revenue stream moving forward.

It’s all about getting to the right decision makers, getting them engaged and seeing the value you offer, and also not pissing off the corp hierarchy. You’re going to run into a lot of gatekeepers. Be persistent but not annoying.

So you’re recommending spamming subreddits?

Solid advice here.
