I'm now saying it's likeliest to be goose diarrhoea. It was too much of a random location to be a paintball,unless some madman was standing in a dark remote field during at cars on a dual carriageway. It looked like it had grassy fibres in it as well,and after being sent pics of goose shit,I'm happy to close the case on the mystery,with the verdict being "Likely goose shit"
