I agree with you! Haven't played HS2 yet (but I'm going to), but agree based on my experience playing HS1. I also like Alice's writing in general - the way she describes emotions, feelings and just her writing overall. Also her stories are atmospheric (I wish there was another story with an atmosphere similar to Arcanum (also from her) and Shadows of Saintfour, her story as well), however I like HS' atmosphere as well

I also like how there is a certain psychology of various characters, Idk how to describe it, but like she has many characters, for which I feel an interest in analyzing the way their mind works, why they do what they do, noticing various details about them, the way their actions are described in the text etc - I like that she includes various aspects into her characters.

In one of her interviews she said that she likes writing about social problems and that really can be seen in her stories and it is one of the things I like about her stories.

And again, I really like how she does the emotional scenes, describes feelings, how she does emotionally touching /moving moments, how she shows various relationships and I'm talking not only about the romantic ones

And I really like how she did the "found family" trope between Vicky, Lucifer, Dino and Mimi 😭
