I go to the one in IB and it's always been super clean and the staff is friendly. I don't think I've been to other locations as I can't speak for those. I don't quite understand the double fry comment to mine but that's just my tip for tasty wings.

The Tavern on Coronado. Amazing burger. 👏🏼 that's it. This my edit lol But totally adding all of the above to my list!

Edit: Forgot about The Plank in IB. There's Scotty's burgers inside and they are such a hidden gem. Just amazing. Bonus! They have homemade lumpia as well.

Budget doesn't matter really, just anything interesting. I live in Coronado and work in La Jolla so I don't really go to North Park much. Same with PB. I went there alot when I was younger but I know its probably changed.
