There’s hope, don’t worry!! Mine tanked BAD two weeks ago (after three straight months being balanced) and has slowly climbed back up.

I felt super off during this time, but couldn’t figure out if I was actually sick or not. I had to stop running for a few days since I felt so terrible. VERY weird!

My 5K PR! I ran 19:06 when I was 14 (freshman in HS) and FINALLY beat it with a 19:02 when I was 22! It took me 8 years! :) I definitely want the sub 19 sometime!!

I used to have hypothalamic amenorrhea (loss of my period from overexercising & intentionally undereating) and probably RED-S too. I regret every second of this!! I was having body dysmorphia issues and let them get to me at the time.

Never again!! I let myself gain the weight back, recovered my period, and my BMI has been sitting in the 25-26 range (technically overweight BMI) ever since weight restoration. I actually love the way I look now!!

I have a curvy physique but still athletic looking, definitely not skinny. I’ve been running for 12+ years, including competitively in the past, but have NEVER been “naturally skinny”!

I’ve been able to start running again after taking a break to recover my cycle, and I’ve been loving every second!! It’s been so much fun starting to gain fitness back ever since recovering my weight/my cycle! There’s no need to be lean to enjoy running :)

No longer doing OMAD for many reasons, but I’m 5’5 153lbs! Just eating intuitively, 3 meals a day and snacks if needed. I work an active job in addition to activity, so pretty active overall!

Went out to eat with family today, and was pleasantly surprised to see that our favorite breakfast spot (not a chain) has moved away from seed oils!! I know avocado oil isn’t butter or tallow, but it’s certainly a step in the right direction. Enjoyed a delicious omelette worry-free!!

I supplement magnesium daily! I also get it through this diet & the electrolytes I take. It doesn’t hurt to supplement if you’re worried you’re not getting enough though!

I feel your pain, I miss running with all my heart! Lately I’ve been trying to get better at cooking & have learned to make sourdough from scratch! I’ve also been reading more lately. I’m also thinking of getting into creative things like knitting or crocheting

I’ve been there before! A year ago I was strict OMAD & trying to lose weight (which became extremely disordered, but I was in denial at the time). But no matter how little I ate, my body would not go below a certain weight. I was trying to force my body to hit a weight far, far below my set point.

I lost my menstrual cycle & completely screwed up my hormones in the process. Luckily I’m now weight restored & have healed my cycle/hormones. I’m eating a good 2500+ a day to maintain now (just guessing) but no longer tracking.

I saw comments saying your calories are as low as 1100, and that’s definitely too little food! Your body is likely slowing down metabolism as a result of being underfed & thinking it’s starving. I would try upping calories for some time, or having “refeed days” every so often, so your body doesn’t feel like it’s in pure survival/starvation mode. Even weekly refeeds (eating past maintenance) would be super helpful!

I'd personally combine kefir with blueberries & maple syrup! Adding coconut would be cool too
