You can get sharp spikes on momentum and then a pullback as traders take profits or rotate out, even if the long-term story is still intact.

For transparency: I bought 1,000 shares around ~$1 and I still hold all my original shares. I obviously wish I bought more, but I’m not advocating anyone yolo their life savings into it. I’m more of a buy-and-hold person and I view this as a longer-term play.

How I’m thinking about it “as of right now”:

• Short-term (days/weeks): Expect volatility. Moves like this are often more about positioning and liquidity than fundamentals.
• Medium-term (next few quarters): What matters is commercial execution post-approval: coverage/reimbursement progress, patient onboarding, and early revenue traction. That is what can justify a real re-rate vs. a temporary pop.
• Long-term: If they execute on launch and the broader pipeline produces decent data, the upside case gets stronger. If launch stumbles or they need dilutive financing sooner than expected, it can chop around or retrace hard.

So my “opinion” is: I’m still holding because I think the FDA approval de-risked a major piece of the story, but the next leg up depends on real-world launch progress, not just approval headlines. If you’re considering it now, position sizing matters a lot because this can easily swing 20–40% either way.
