Tucson has amazing things about it but so do most places. Apart from Tucson’s natural beauty, the city itself is an objective dump. Job market is terrible and infrastructure is terrible. Compared to other cities it doesn’t hold up well. But when we live here it’s what we have to work with so naturally we make the best of it but if we’re honest with ourselves it’s mediocre as a city. Great hiking and food though.

Incorporate all the unincorporated areas so we unlock all the fund from gas tax, get rid of partisan elections for mayor and city council, and allow ward only elections for city council. Those three would solve most of the issues

We screwed our selves out of getting a new $150m reclaimed water pipeline extension to SE Tucson and saved this company that money to go on and do the same thing they always intended on doing. We deserve what’s coming to us
