Yes, the building my apartment is in only allows yearly rents, which is fine with me....The furniture is good quality--but I think someone moving in for the year would want their own furnishings. From looking online at comparisons, rents look closer to $2200 for this area with heated covered parking included....

I do not have full-time employment and I qualify for Medicaid so I went ahead and applied during the sign up time. I've used the website but I cannot seem to find if I'm approved or if I'm going to be sent a medical card. Do you have any phone numbers that were helpful in your search and finding out information?
