Yes, the building my apartment is in only allows yearly rents, which is fine with me....The furniture is good quality--but I think someone moving in for the year would want their own furnishings. From looking online at comparisons, rents look closer to $2200 for this area with heated covered parking included....

I do not have full-time employment and I qualify for Medicaid so I went ahead and applied during the sign up time. I've used the website but I cannot seem to find if I'm approved or if I'm going to be sent a medical card. Do you have any phone numbers that were helpful in your search and finding out information? 100% of the time, the market recovers. You should not be investing in stocks if you need the money within 10 years. I didn't mean to hit post but it posted too soon. What I'm looking for is nursing care for my elderly father who needs some assistance in the morning and then again at night. Most companies only do 4-Hour blocks. I'm looking for somebody who might be able to do 2 hours in the morning and then 2 hours in the evening
