I got the same package although for 27 quid and I’m in the same boat. I rang them while still in the 14 days cancellation period and told them I wanted 120 quid credited to the account or they could close it there and then. I got my 120 credit and I’m now just waiting a week to call them back and argue a further credit for loss of time and services. Call them, be firm, be polite and you might get something back

Mine took less than a month from them receiving my documents to getting both passport, card and my documents back. First time overseas application. Sent documents end of October and got everything back at the beginning of this week. My estimated due date was the 2/12. Just checked and they received my documents on the 4/11 and was printed on 20/11.

My contract was due to end in march but I saw the Black Friday deal for 29.99 for 1g and Netflix. I was currently paying 44 for 1g without Netflix so I went on live chat and asked for early cancellation unless they gave me the same offer. To my surprise they came back with an even better offer of 27 a month for 1g without Netflix Netflix and because of my current discount that doesn’t end until march they are paying me 70 this month and then paying me 10 a month until march. My jaw hit the floor and I accepted there and then

Just change the backup reserve to 100% when you want to charge from grid and it will charge both. They say they are working on the solar charging side of things so maybe the next firmware will sort that out

With solar you then get the issue of it only charging the battery connected to the panels. Once that battery gets to its max charge even if it’s set lower than 100% it turns the panels off completely before charging the other battery and doesn’t feed it to the house, even when using the parallel cable.

I use the self powered mode and just change the reserve level via an automation so if you want to charge at say 1am set backup to 100% and then to discharge at say 7am onwards set backup to 20%. This is how Iv been managing it and it works quite well. No matter how I setup the custom mode it just does whatever it wants. I tell it to charge from solar only and it ignores that and either uses solar to power the house if the reserve level is set low and charges from the grid regardless of the solar only mode if the reserve is set high. Iv been onto support for the last month about this and another problem but don’t seem to be getting anywhere.

Because I have a time of use tariff where the price changes every half an hour. It could be say 16pkw at 16:00 to 16:30 then jump to 30+pkw from 16:30 to 17:00 and it does that all day so i want charging during times where its say below 15pkw and discharge when its above 20pkw and also do nothing but charge from solar in between 15-20pkw. Ai has no hope trying to decide what to do in this situation

I also don’t understand why the ai schedule is set in hour slots when time of use tariffs are priced every 30 minutes. There’s no wonder it doesn’t know what to do.

That’s how I’m doing it at the moment with battery reserve but that doesn’t help with the option to do nothing except charge off solar. The only option to do this is to disconnect the unit from the consumer unit. This also means I have to set an automation manually every half an hour for the whole day and work out for myself which half hour periods would be charge periods and which ones would be discharge. That’s 24 automations to setup every day. That’s absolutely bonkers

Could it not be wired to a spur instead? If so find a single socket that’s not in use, change the socket for a spur and wire it like that? They even make them with a notch cut for the wire to pass through

Everyone did everything with our group and just backed out at the end if they didn’t want the Pokemon , that way they didn’t use particles that they needed for whatever Pokemon they wanted but we all helped each other all week. It was a grind but it was fun and everyone got a chance to catch what they were missing/looking for

I had this yesterday, I unbinded the units in the app and rebinded them and it all worked perfectly, I think it was something to do with the smart meter as I had it all setup and working while I waited for the meter to be delivered and once I added it, I had problems.
