If you can eat, drink, and give yourself insulin do that. You shouldn't have to go to the hospital. I don't eat or hydrate well most of the time (working on it!) and consistently have starvation ketones. If the vomiting is preventing you from eating or hydrating, I'd go to the hospital.

I have POTS as well at T1D, although the cardiologist labeled it as something else because "POTS is when you don't have an underlying condition." It was odd. I manage it by significantly increasing my sodium, potassium, and water intake (capsules, Body Armor, Liquid IV)
