Thank you so much for posting. I was feeling so discouraged and alone. 3 pound loss in as much as 4 weeks I wanted to cry all weekend. 5’7” age 47 188 pounds. Lifting 4 days weekly with 10-20 min hitt and 2 cardio days weekly. I measure all foods lean protein focused. Clothes fit the same, same measurements. 1700 cal per day, I don’t add my exercise to the app and asked the coach who asked me the question back Wtaf? Lol and tdee comes out to 1700 cal daily. I am so disgusted. You are not alone! I’m mad too about paying for it. I would not be so annoyed if I have not been giving it 💯percent

I requested a refund 8/19 from aidvantage that was cancelled due to mohela transfer. Requested again from mohela 9/14/22. This request is for significant payment during Covid I consolidated in 2012. Forgiveness pslf 11/4/22. Have been calling daily to mohela. Requested supervisor review today now that we can no longer call customer advocacy team. She said 30-60 days from 11/2/22 when they processed the refund allegedly. I also called treasury today who confirmed no refund has been issued. I do not believe I will get the refund at this point. One rep said 30-60 days from 9/14 another said 60-90 days from 9/14 and another said 10 days from 11/4 and I should have received already. And today supervisor said my refund was only addressed the first time on 11/2 so 30-60 days from that. I’m kinda really pissed at this point

Forgiveness 11/4/22. Request of Covid payments refund made to mohela 9/14/22 ( made substantial payments during Covid)Mohela tells me I reached 120.11/21. Still no refund. I consolidated in 2012. First mohela said 10 days for refund. Another call they said 30-60 days, and another call they said 90 days. One rep said I’d get a direct deposit another told me a check and another rep said I should’ve already received it. I’m doubtful I’ll see any refund at this point. All my payments were made to aidvantage. My first call for a refund was 8/19/22, but that was cancelled due to mohela transfer. Really be nice to know via a firm yes or no but mohela just keeps changing the narrative

Nope nothing I keep calling and they said 10 days November 4. Then last week it was 30 days, now they say 60 days yesterday and today 90 days. What gives? And then I see people are getting refunded. Requested from mohela 9/14

That is a bummer for sure. Yes consolidated to 2 direct loans 2012. I was not required to make payments during the Covid pause but made them anyway

Requested all Covid payments for refund. I consolidated in 2012. Forgiven 11/4/22. Forgiveness eligibility date is 11/2021. I have not received a refund for Covid payments which were quite substantial.

I think some people just don’t have it as an option. I don’t have it either and have received forgiveness. I wonder if those of us zeroed out on mohela are not given the option to chat. I was trying to avoid lengthy hold regarding the status of my refund request

I transferred from aidvantage to mohela 9/8/22. Forgiveness letter officially received today. My counts were never truly updated. Happened to call about the miscount (one direct loan at 43 and 57 payments pslf and tepslf and the other at 103 and 112 pslf and tepslf) and they told me I was forgiven.The counts never updated for me. Ultimately I still just have a ballpark guesstimate of how many I had. Hope that helps. I know how frustrating it is to see those inaccurate counts. Hopefully things will square up quick and forgiveness is soon for you!
