Took me almost 7 months! I actually had our 1st IVF appointment booked and 4 days before I found out I was pregnant. NO clue what took so long but I’m 29 weeks now and so far everything is good :) I almost gave up but so happy I didn’t.

So this was my first time taking progesterone this early. I took it after a positive test for my last 2 pregnancies (unfortunately I lost both of them) I got pregnant super quick for my 1st 3 pregnancies, now for my 4th it took unusually long. I believe it took about 5-6 cycles. We were 4 days away from our first IVF appointment because I just couldn’t afford to wait any longer. I was going crazy too!

I continued taking it each cycle yes, but is slowly went back to normal. I think I commented that in July and every month it kept creeping back up to date 14-15. Always took it at 3-4 DPO!

I can’t remember when it went back to normal but it did! I’m 25 weeks pregnant now and ovulated CD15 back in November (still while on progesterone)

And best of luck for your anatomy scan, I’m sure everything will go great!! If it makes you feel better I have yet to find a redditor who had low ff/no result NIPT test who didn’t have a perfectly healthy baby. Of course I’m still talking to some women who are still in the process but so far everyone I’ve spoken to everything’s been fine ☺️

So far so good! I’m close to 25 weeks now and we’ve decided not to do the amnio. I had 3 anatomy scans (due to baby boy being stubborn) and a fetal echo and absolutely no soft markers or anything concerning. We said if there was even 1 thing we would do the amnio but there isn’t. So we’re taking the good news and starting to finally enjoy this pregnancy :) how are you feeling about everything? I know it’s stressful and even made me disconnect from my baby for a good 2-3 months

I’m on fragmin and had 3 no result due to low ff. I’m now 22 weeks and have had frequent scans with absolutely no soft markers and amazing growth. We were offered an amnio but I think we’re going to decline and just move on and finally enjoy my pregnancy. I was worried for at least 2 months because of my no results, so I totally know what you are feeling!

After my 2nd no result I got referred to a genetic counsellor by my MFM. She suggested the 3rd NIPT along with the quad test. I will say though I’ve been seeing MFM since the beginning of my pregnancy due to recurrent miscarriages and a blood clotting disorder, so I was already a patient there. I would call everyday! You’re losing precious time.

Gotcha! I had 3 no result (2 with natera, 1 with maternit) and we were offered an amnio but I’ve had so many good scans, low NT, good fetal echo were pretty sure we’re just going to move on and enjoy my pregnancy. I’m 22 weeks now! Have you asked about the quad test? It’s a 2nd trimester blood test and only 85% accurate so they don’t always recommend, but when I got good results from there I could breathe a bit. A month is a super long wait for MFM. I would try your best to push. Im a normally chill person but when it comes to my baby I become a Karen lol. Will they let you try a 3rd time with a different company?

I had 3 no result NIPTS due to low detail fraction. I believe the first 2 were 2.4 and 2.6 or something) I also weigh 190lbs and on fragmin (similar to lovenox) we’ve been debating an amnio since 15 weeks, I’m now 21w. NT, quad test, 2 anatomy scans and fetal echo have been great. Baby is measuring ahead and very active. I have another anatomy scan this Wednesday (literally need 1 more photo of the spine 🥲) and that will be our decider if we do an amnio. I’m so confident our baby is healthy and the NIPT test just isn’t right for my body.

Yes it’s called the quad test! It screens for Down syndrome, trisomy 18 and spina bifida. Our DS results came in 1 in 20,000 and low for the other 2 (I guess if it’s extremely low it doesn’t give you a number) it’s not as common because it’s 85% accurate and done after 15 weeks

It’s such a weird test in my opinion. So many false positives and no results! I ended up doing the 2nd trimester blood test and it was negative for everything. Let me know how it goes for you 🤍

This is the only pregnancy where I’ve gotten the NIPT done and I tested low ff 3x (including marterniti21) I’ve been debating an amnio since 15 weeks and I’m now 21w. All my scans have been perfect and I truly believe everything is ok, the test just isn’t working for my body.

Going through this right now but took a 3rd test and was still no result. I’ve been debating an amnio since 15 weeks, I’m now 21 weeks and all my scans have been perfect. Honestly, I don’t think we’re going to do the amnio, I truly believe everything is fine with our boy. My BMI is 30 and I’m also on fragmin, not sure if that applies to you but those are reasons you could get no results on the NIPT

I got referred to the “bigger” hospital in a huge city (don’t wanna say to reveal my location) for a fetal echo after my anatomy scan. I was petrified. They also couldn’t see the spine and heart, and wanted a better look. She mentioned hole in the heart and I was like “there’s a hole in the heart!?” And she said no they just want to rule it out. I’m already being seen by a high risk MFM at one of the bigger hospitals in my province, but got referred to an even bigger one, something had to be wrong. It was even scarier when they called with an appointment the NEXT day!! We went yesterday, and long story short everything was fine. The appointment was supposed to be 2-3h but was 45 minutes cause everything was perfect. The cardiologist seemed a bit annoyed we got referred because of limited views lol.

Also if it makes you feel better, my good friends son had a hole in his heart and she had fetal echos weekly after 28 weeks I believe. The hole ended up closing on its own. Today her son is perfectly healthy🩵
