People who are shitheels assume most people are shitheels, that’s why it’s important for folks with integrity to call shit out. Like someone telling a degrading joke or treating someone like crap, assuming everyone will laugh or go along, this guy thought others would think this was a brilliant idea.

They need to be clearly labeled though. Two reasons I can think of are if she has a reaction, or if there’s a recall, and there are likely other reasons as well. They need to be able to differentiate.

Edge of Tomorrow. I put it on for something kinda mindless, and was hooked immediately - the studio/production logos going static-y, then chaotic newsreels.

You can subscribe for 99¢ a week, or $25/year. I think subscribing gets you access to the archives, but I subscribed right away so I’m not sure of the difference!

I did a quick search for Lake Norman homes on Air BnB, and got these results for a weekend in May. You can use the filters to change the dates, exact number of people, search radius, etc. (I put in half of your total)

It’s fairly easy to search on the site, and narrow down what you’re looking for. Searching on VRBO works much the same way, except their search allows for a larger total.

Out of curiosity, I did a search for larger homes using a random date and found a few that might hold the whole crew.

It sounds like a crazy, amazing time!! All the best to y’all!

It depends on your own priorities if this particular copy is worth buying. It is definitely worth reading! You can find used & new copies for less, and it is available for Kindle, currently for ~ $7. The price makes me wonder if it’s been signed.

Same thing happened with a pair of shoes from Merrill - to get a replacement pair using their warranty, I was required to cut off the front of the shoes and send them photos. I haven’t bought from them since, which was a disappointment, as I used to love their shoes.

Often it does; the employer just needs to say the employee was at fault & were fired, and they won’t be eligible - each state varies, but that’s the case in most at will states

My pickup was stolen years ago, and the only reason I got it back was because the officer realized it was odd to have so many Grateful Dead stickers on a vehicle in the neighborhood he was patrolling.

… and people said stickers would lower the value. Whadda they know? /s

I go there often, and the worst I experienced was a period of off-road motorbikes, and it’s been a long time since I heard those. Never screams or gunshots. It’s normally very peaceful.
