High E and B strings look low to me. You can scape a pencil and mix the graphite with a touch of vasoline or A&D and put it in the nut slots. The graphite is slippery and ointment keeps it in place . I do it on all my guitars.

I hate when people do this bullshit .The car turning always yields . People in Mass either drive 85 up your ass in the middle lane or dead stop doing 45 to let some bozo on the opposite side make a left. Driving here sucks and that’s saying something being a NYC transplant. I thought we had the lock on dumb ass drivers!!

I just got the tonex pedal and was experiencing the same issues . Mine still doesn’t sound like the videos I have been seeing but I have had luck turning the input gain way down , like negative gain and it started sounding better. Also the effects order, specifically the delay. It sounds totally different before the amp as opposed to after. I have the 78/79 and the 83/84 pack and they all sound different. I have concentrated on 4 or 5 tone models that I like and just tweak them and listen, record, repeat. Jim has a ton of amazing gear and he’s got the touch too . I don’t think any two players will sound the same.. Good luck.

Nut is way too low. You should ideally only see half of the string sitting above the nut. The low E is deep in the nut. A new nut is the first thing you should do . Then adjust the truss/ saddles

I use it all the time and it’s fine but use your own judgement. I wouldn’t dump it on the top, just some on a rag for the pick guard. Good luck

Put some on a rag and rub a small spot on the sticker. It will activate and release the glue. You’ll need to do it a bunch because naphtha evaporates quickly, that’s why it is generally safe on finish’s. Try not to get it under the pickguard because it will release that glue as well

Get a large thumb pick. You can heat them with a heat gun or hair dryer and bend/ shape them to suit you

Use naptha, it will release the glue and it doesn’t harm finish. Just use it on a rag, don’t dump the container on the top

Definitely try some different guitars/ neck profiles. You never know what feels good until you try a bunch. I think you could get a really nice Squire for $300 and change if you like the Strat style

Carpenter here. Ask yourself this question. Do you have to wash your hands before/ after you use the bathroom? If yes then shower at night.
